At The Islander FMB, we want you to love your beach-inspired style, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale or intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the merchandise is in new condition.
Affix the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
